About Us
Each day at Discovery daycare consists of carefully constructed lessons that rotate through each enrichment area. These areas include emotional growth, cognitive development, socialization, motor development, music, art, dramatic play, pre-learning skills, multiculturalism, and science. These activities provide a good balance throughout the day as they alternate between teacher-guided structured activities, and centers.
Children get the opportunity for socialization and self expression as they explore the different activities. Children become patient and goal-oriented, and learn to follow the social guidelines of group interactions through the teacher-guided activities. They learn independence, taking turns, and how to freely socialize as they expand their personal creativity during center time.
Age-appropriate materials are provided to each individual child so that they can learn at their own pace. The children at Discovery Daycare thrive as they learn about the world around them through both the structured activities and centers.

Kids Night Out
Want a night away from the kiddos?
Bring them to the Kids Night Out Sleepover Party, held once a month at Discovery Daycare. Drop off is 7:00 PM Friday, and pick up is 9:00 AM Saturday for only $30. We do a craft, watch a movie, eat popcorn and snacks, then get to bed around 9:00 PM. Breakfast is also included!
